Most moving companies talk about quality. Few measure it. AmeriSafe runs a structured quality program: customer-experience reviews on completed moves, a post-move survey on every shipment, and a scorecard for every carrier that touches an AmeriSafe move.

That last one matters most. Because we choose which carriers get our customers' moves, quality is enforceable: carriers that fall below our bar stop getting AmeriSafe moves. Your leverage is our leverage.

We track the customer-facing metrics that decide whether a move felt right, on-time pickup, delivery-window performance, condition at delivery, coordinator responsiveness, and claim rates. Anything below threshold triggers a corrective-action review.

The result: a consistent customer experience from quote to delivery, whether the truck is ours or a vetted partner's. We are not perfect, but we measure relentlessly and act on what we find.

Every customer survey, every claim, every dispute, all of it goes back into the QA cycle and into our carrier scorecards. We review our hardest moves and our best moves, and we extract lessons from both.
